In Germany you can drink from age 16. This 21/ 18 laws are just too far away from reality.
In Croatia you can drink when 15 and smoke when 18

in holland the legal age to BUY alcahol is 16
if you have alcahol in possesion but are under the age of 16 you can still drink it :D
