So since I've been pretty quiet recently, I thought I should post some updates for those of you I'm not in touch with on MSN but still visit my page. (There has to be a few *shrugs*)

The most pivotal thing that's happened to me is that I got accepted into art school! University of the Arts to be specific. It's in Philadelphia. I got a pretty sweet scholarship too. I'm going to study graphic design, though I'm not 100% sure, I might do illustration or animation. Which reminds me. Every student gets a brand new Macbook Pro, loaded with Adobe Creative Suites 3 Design Premium (I hope it's premium rather than standard, because premium comes with flash, but I'm not too sure on which exact one it will be) But my point is, you may be seeing flashes from me, if I have any free time...

I also got a job as a cashier at Safeway. (grocery store) It's incredibly boring, but it pays $7.60 an hour, so I can't really complain, it's my first job. I've already made over $350 so far. This also means I no longer have weekends until school is out. This has been stressing me a bit. Luckily I got Memorial Day off.

I'm so looking forward to college, and I have really severe senioritis, I just don't want to do school anymore. I still have 3 fucking weeks to go though. Leave it to my school to be gay like that. I'm really looking forward to meeting new people too, and having a roommate. I feel pretty lonely now, and have been distancing myself from people, I really don't know why. I'm kind of looking forward to starting a new life.

I'm at a point in my life where I'm really excited about my future. I've been doing art like crazy, I've really been getting inspiration lately. But unfortunately I don't have much time to do it. If you want to see it, here's my DeviantART.

I recently got back into trying to make music, new song is coming. I'm struggling with shitty GarageBand, someday I'll get Logic lol. But I've heard it only really works well if you have a MacPro, plus I don't really have the devotion or talent to put it to its potential. So I'd pretty much be wasting it if I got it.

I have all these really crazy dreams too. All these different things I wish I could be. I kind of feel like a kid again, you know the "I want to be an astronaut!" stage :) I just know I want to create things; art, music, whatever, I want what I make to be appreciated by the public. Money's not that important to me, never really has been.

So I guess what I'm saying is that I'm really a different person now, I feel that I've matured a lot. I look back at the stuff I used to post here... *facepalm* I haven't been coming on here that much because Newgrounds has gotten really lame. Or maybe I'm just growing out of it. :/
